User Content and School Data

Users may create or upload assessments, class records, grading data, and related content. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of MaestroGrade and any uploaded content complies with applicable school policies and laws.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

Waitlist and Early Access

Joining the waitlist or requesting early access does not guarantee immediate availability, pricing, or launch timing. We may prioritize access based on rollout readiness and product capacity.

Payments and Pricing

If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing intervals, and product scope may change over time. Additional commercial terms may apply to schools, departments, or enterprise customers.

Intellectual Property

MaestroGrade and its branding, software, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

Disclaimer

MaestroGrade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MaestroGrade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the service.
